Enter the Matrix - PlayStation 2

Step directly into the world of The Matrix with Enter the Matrix for the PlayStation 2. The game takes place around the events of The Matrix Reloaded and lets you choose between Niobe and Ghost, two members of the resistance who also appear in the films. Its story was developed in collaboration with the Wachowskis and features scenes filmed specifically for the game with actors from the movies.

Gameplay combines gunfights, martial arts, acrobatic movement and the signature Focus system. Focus slows down the action and allows you to perform spectacular moves inspired by the distinctive style of The Matrix. Alongside combat on foot, the game also features chases and vehicle-based sequences.

Niobe and Ghost each follow their own path through the story, allowing certain levels and events to be experienced from different perspectives. Familiar characters and locations connect the game directly to the film universe. Enter the Matrix therefore acts as an interactive extension of the Matrix storyline, combining action, filmed sequences and narrative.
