In MyRISE, create your own WWE Superstar and build a career in professional wrestling. Choose your character's appearance, fighting style and attributes, then work your way through different storylines and rivalries. Your decisions and performances influence how your career develops.
The game also introduces MyGM, where you take on the role of a WWE general manager. Build a roster of wrestlers, organise matches, manage your budget and attempt to produce better shows than your rival. In Universe Mode, you can customise WWE events, championships and rivalries.
The extensive creation tools also allow you to design custom wrestlers, arenas and other elements. The game supports local multiplayer, allowing you to compete against friends on the same console. The original online services for WWE 2K22 have since been discontinued, meaning online game modes and related network features are no longer available.
