Wario Land II - NFAH - Nintendo Game Boy
Join Wario on another adventure in Wario Land II for the Nintendo Game Boy. When Captain Syrup and her Black Sugar Pirates break into Wario’s castle and steal his precious treasures, he sets out to reclaim his fortune and teach the pirates a lesson.
Gameplay combines platforming, puzzles, exploration and unusual transformations for Wario. Enemy attacks often do not defeat Wario outright, but instead transform him into states such as flattened, burning or inflated Wario. These conditions can be used to reach new routes, overcome obstacles and uncover hidden treasures.
Wario Land II stands out through its non-linear structure, multiple routes and different endings, giving players plenty to discover. The absence of traditional lives also gives the platforming a distinctive feel and encourages experimentation. This NFAH edition is a great addition for Wario fans, enthusiasts of inventive Nintendo platformers and Nintendo Game Boy collectors.
