The Division 2 - PlayStation 4
Return to a world devastated by a deadly pandemic in Tom Clancy's The Division 2 for the PlayStation 4. This tactical action RPG from Ubisoft takes place seven months after the events of the first game. This time, Washington D.C. serves as the setting, where society has largely collapsed and several armed factions are attempting to seize control. As an agent of the Strategic Homeland Division, your mission is to protect civilians, push back hostile factions and restore order to the American capital.
Gameplay combines tactical shooting, extensive exploration, character progression and the collection of weapons and equipment. Explore a detailed open world featuring abandoned streets, overgrown buildings and familiar landmarks such as the White House and the Capitol. Use various firearms, cover and advanced gadgets to defeat enemies. Equipment such as drones, automated turrets and seeker mines allows you to adapt your approach to different combat situations.
Throughout the adventure, complete story missions, liberate control points and assist settlements struggling to survive. Completing objectives earns experience points and rewards you with improved equipment. You can further develop your agent through new abilities, talents and specialisations, allowing for different playstyles.
Alongside the single-player experience, The Division 2 offers extensive online cooperative gameplay. Form a team of up to four players to complete missions and challenging activities together. The dangerous Dark Zones also return, featuring valuable loot and encounters where players can cooperate or compete against each other. The game additionally includes competitive multiplayer activities and challenging endgame content.
Important: The Division 2 requires a permanent internet connection and access to Ubisoft's servers, even when playing alone. Certain online multiplayer features on PlayStation also require PlayStation Plus. The availability of online services may change.
With its expansive open world, strategic combat and cooperative possibilities, The Division 2 delivers an in-depth action RPG experience for fans of tactical shooters and adventures focused on character development.
