Discover a different take on the familiar Tetris concept in Tetris 2 for the Super Nintendo. Instead of focusing only on completing horizontal lines, this puzzle game places greater emphasis on matching colours. Coloured target blocks are positioned throughout the playing field and must be removed to complete each stage.
Drop the different pieces and try to connect three or more blocks of the same colour horizontally or vertically. Include a coloured target block in one of these combinations and it disappears, bringing you closer to completing the stage. As you progress, the playing fields become increasingly challenging and careful planning becomes essential to keep enough space available.
