Step into an imaginative world made entirely of paper in Tearaway Unfolded for the PlayStation 4. This creative platform adventure from Media Molecule, the studio behind LittleBigPlanet, takes you on a remarkable journey filled with colourful environments, amusing characters and surprising puzzles. You play as the small messenger iota or atoi, who must deliver an important message to a mysterious being outside the paper world: the player.

Gameplay combines platforming, exploration, puzzles and creative interaction with the environment. Run and jump through paper landscapes, discover hidden areas and help the different characters you encounter along the way. The world is constructed from folded paper, cardboard and other handcrafted materials, giving every location a distinctive appearance. Throughout the adventure, collect confetti to unlock new decorations and customisation options for your character.

One of the most distinctive features of Tearaway Unfolded is its use of the DUALSHOCK 4 controller. The touchpad, motion sensors and light bar allow you to influence the game world in different ways. For example, use the touchpad to create gusts of wind, illuminate dark areas with your controller's light and discover how your actions transform the paper environment. These interactive features make the adventure different from a traditional platform game.

Tearaway Unfolded is an expanded and redesigned version of the original Tearaway for the PlayStation Vita. The game has been adapted to take advantage of the PlayStation 4's capabilities and features reworked environments, modified puzzles and additional challenges.
