Silent Scope - PlayStation 2
Take aim in Silent Scope for the PlayStation 2, based on Konami’s well-known arcade shooter. As an experienced sniper, you are deployed when a terrorist organisation takes important hostages. From different positions, you must locate enemies and eliminate them quickly before the situation gets further out of control.
Gameplay focuses on sniping, precise aiming and quick reactions. You scan the environment through your scope to locate opponents, often having only a short opportunity to line up the right shot. Enemies appear on rooftops, through windows and across different parts of the environment, making careful observation just as important as accurate shooting.
Throughout the game, you encounter a variety of action sequences and confrontations, including battles against stronger bosses. The combination of arcade action and its focus on long-range shooting gives Silent Scope a distinctive style of play. This PlayStation 2 release brings the signature sniper action of the original arcade game to the console.
