Samurai Warriors 2 Xtreme Legends - PlayStation 2
Return to the battlefields of historic Japan in Samurai Warriors 2 Xtreme Legends for the PlayStation 2. This expansion to Samurai Warriors 2 adds new playable warriors, scenarios and additional features to the large-scale battles of the Sengoku period. New characters such as Toshiie Maeda, Gracia and Motochika Chosokabe each bring their own weapons, attacks and fighting styles.
Gameplay once again focuses on large-scale battles, fast hack-and-slash action and powerful Musou attacks. You fight enormous groups of enemy soldiers and officers while completing different objectives across the battlefield. By developing characters, using new abilities and collecting stronger weapons, you can take on increasingly challenging encounters.
Xtreme Legends expands the original experience with additional content and new challenges for players looking for more from Samurai Warriors 2. The game can be played on its own, while the MixJoy feature used with the original Samurai Warriors 2 disc provides access to additional content from both titles. This makes it an expanded entry in the series’ distinctive samurai action on the PlayStation 2.
