Red Dead Redemption - PlayStation 3
Travel across the Wild West in Red Dead Redemption for the PlayStation 3. You play as John Marston, a former outlaw forced by the government to hunt down members of his old gang. His journey takes him through vast areas of the American frontier and Mexico as he attempts to leave his past behind and reunite with his family.
Gameplay combines open-world exploration, gunfights, horseback riding and a wide variety of missions. The Dead Eye system allows you to slow down time during combat and accurately mark multiple targets. Beyond the main story, you can freely explore the world, help strangers, hunt wildlife, collect bounties and participate in various activities.
The world changes throughout the day and is filled with settlements, wilderness, unexpected encounters and characters with their own stories. Your actions can also affect John's honour and influence how other people react to him. With its expansive open world and story of loyalty, family and a disappearing way of life, Red Dead Redemption delivers a distinctive Western adventure on PlayStation 3.
