Take to the skies in a colourful adventure with Pop'n TwinBee for the Super Nintendo. When the friendly Dr. Mardock falls under the influence of an evil force, TwinBee and WinBee set out to stop him and restore peace. The game combines fast shoot ’em up action with the cheerful and recognizable style of Konami’s TwinBee series.
Control your ship from a top-down perspective and use shots, bombs and a variety of power-ups to destroy enemy formations and large bosses. Shooting clouds reveals coloured bells that can provide different upgrades. Alongside enemies in the air, you must also attack targets on the ground, requiring you to constantly switch between different types of attacks.
Pop'n TwinBee stands out with its colourful graphics, imaginative enemies and accessible gameplay that gradually becomes more challenging. The option to play together with a second player adds another dimension to the action. This UKV edition is an interesting addition for Konami fans, classic shoot ’em up enthusiasts and Super Nintendo collectors.
