New Super Mario Bros. Wii - Nintendo Wii
Join Mario and his friends on an adventure in New Super Mario Bros. Wii for Nintendo Wii. Released by Nintendo in 2009, this platform game brings classic two-dimensional Mario gameplay to the Wii. When Princess Peach is kidnapped by Bowser Jr. and the Koopalings, Mario and his friends set out to rescue her. Along the way, explore colourful worlds filled with familiar enemies, hidden secrets and challenging obstacles.
In New Super Mario Bros. Wii, run and jump through different levels, collect coins and use power-ups to discover new abilities. Alongside familiar items such as the Super Mushroom and Fire Flower, the game introduces the Propeller Mushroom and Penguin Suit. These allow you to soar through the air or slide across ice. Play alone or with up to four players simultaneously as Mario, Luigi and two Toads. Working together can be helpful, although players can also get in each other's way.
New Super Mario Bros. Wii combines familiar platforming action with new abilities and local multiplayer. Its varied worlds, secret routes and challenging levels provide plenty of variety. An excellent addition to a Nintendo Wii collection for fans of Mario and classic platform games.
