Get behind the wheel and experience spectacular races in Mario Kart 8 for Nintendo Wii U. Released by Nintendo in 2014, this popular racing game brings familiar characters from the Mario universe together on colourful and challenging tracks. Choose your favourite racer, such as Mario, Luigi, Peach, Bowser or Yoshi, and compete against other drivers. With fast-paced races, surprising obstacles and familiar items, Mario Kart 8 offers plenty of action for both beginners and experienced players.

In Mario Kart 8, race across different tracks featuring sharp corners, jumps, underwater sections and gliding areas. One of the game's major innovations is anti-gravity racing, allowing you to drive along walls and ceilings while discovering unusual routes. During races, collect items such as banana peels, green and red shells, and the famous blue shell to slow down your opponents. By drifting carefully and using speed boosts, you can gain valuable seconds. Alongside the different Grand Prix tournaments, you can compete in time trials and battles. The game supports local multiplayer for up to four players on one console, making it ideal for racing with friends and family.

Mario Kart 8 combines accessible controls with challenging tracks, colourful graphics and a wide range of gameplay options. Its different characters, vehicles and racing classes keep every competition exciting. An excellent addition to a Nintendo Wii U collection for fans of Mario and entertaining racing games.
