Lara Croft Tomb Raider: The Angel of Darkness - PlayStation 2
Follow Lara Croft into a darker adventure in Tomb Raider: The Angel of Darkness for the PlayStation 2. When her former mentor Werner Von Croy is murdered, Lara herself becomes a suspect. In an attempt to clear her name, she becomes involved in a mystery surrounding a series of murders, ancient artefacts and a secretive organisation.
Gameplay combines exploration, platforming, puzzles, stealth and combat. Climb across buildings, investigate dark locations and solve puzzles to reach new areas. Lara can also sneak past enemies or use a variety of weapons when a direct confrontation becomes necessary.
The adventure takes you through the streets and underground locations of Paris before continuing to Prague. Kurtis Trent is also playable during certain sections, bringing his own abilities and role to the story. With its darker atmosphere and stronger focus on narrative, The Angel of Darkness stands out as a distinctive chapter in the classic Tomb Raider series.
