Return to the hostile planet Helghan in Killzone 3 for the PlayStation 3. The story continues after the events of Killzone 2, with Sev and the remaining ISA forces trapped deep inside enemy territory and fighting to survive against an increasingly powerful Helghast force.
Gameplay combines intense first-person gunfights, heavy weapons, vehicles and spectacular action sequences. Fight across a variety of environments on Helghan, ranging from devastated cities and industrial complexes to frozen landscapes and dangerous alien surroundings. New features such as the jetpack provide additional mobility and give certain battles a completely different dynamic.
The campaign alternates between combat on foot, larger confrontations and vehicle sections, regularly changing the pace of the action. Its dark science-fiction world, powerful weaponry and cinematic presentation build upon the distinctive style of the series.
