Gran Turismo 4 (Platinum) - PlayStation 2

Get behind the wheel in Gran Turismo 4 for the PlayStation 2 and discover an extensive racing world featuring more than 700 cars from dozens of well-known manufacturers. From compact road cars and classic models to powerful sports cars and dedicated racing machines, the selection covers different eras of automotive history. The game also features a large number of circuits and locations where you can put your driving skills to the test.

Gameplay focuses on racing, earning licences, collecting cars, tuning vehicles and unlocking new events. In Gran Turismo Mode, you start with a limited budget and gradually build your own garage by winning races and earning credits. Cars can be modified and upgraded with different parts, while extensive licence tests challenge your driving abilities.

Alongside traditional racing, Gran Turismo 4 introduces features such as B-Spec, where you act as a race director and give instructions to a computer-controlled driver. Photo Mode also allows you to photograph your favourite cars in a variety of locations. This is the PlayStation 2 Platinum edition, a re-release of Gran Turismo 4 as part of Sony’s distinctive Platinum range.
