Gran Turismo 2 - PlayStation 1
Get behind the wheel in Gran Turismo 2 for the PlayStation 1 and discover an extensive racing world filled with different cars, manufacturers and circuits. As the sequel to the original Gran Turismo, the game significantly expands the formula with hundreds of vehicles from well-known manufacturers and a wide variety of racing events.
Gameplay focuses on realistic driving, racing, collecting cars and extensive tuning. Purchase new or used vehicles, upgrade different components and improve your car’s performance before heading onto the track. Differences in power, weight, drivetrain and setup mean that each vehicle behaves differently and requires its own driving approach.
Gran Turismo 2 comes on two discs: Arcade Mode for immediate racing action and Simulation Mode for the more extensive career experience. In Simulation Mode, you earn credits, complete licence tests and gradually build an increasingly impressive car collection. With its huge vehicle selection, extensive tuning options and varied races, Gran Turismo 2 is a distinctive racing game from the PlayStation 1 era and an interesting title for car enthusiasts, racing fans and collectors.
