God of War: Ragnarok - PlayStation 4
Continue the story of Kratos and Atreus in God of War Ragnarök for the PlayStation 4. Fimbulwinter has taken hold of the world and the prophesied Ragnarök is drawing ever closer. As Atreus searches for answers about his identity and the prophecies surrounding Loki, Kratos attempts to protect his son and prevent the mistakes of his own violent past from being repeated.
Gameplay combines powerful combat, exploration, puzzles and extensive RPG elements. Kratos wields the Leviathan Axe and Blades of Chaos, complemented by a variety of abilities, shields and equipment that can be further developed. Atreus once again plays an important role during combat, assisting with his bow, abilities and knowledge of the world.
Throughout their journey, Kratos and Atreus visit all Nine Realms and encounter both new and familiar figures from Norse mythology, including Thor and Odin. Large areas provide room for the main story, side quests, hidden locations, puzzles and powerful enemies. With its personal father-and-son story, large-scale battles and further exploration of the Norse world, God of War Ragnarök continues the adventure that began in 2018’s God of War.
