Shape Up - Xbox One
Turn exercise into an entertaining challenge with Shape Up for Xbox One. Released by Ubisoft in 2014, this fitness game combines physical workouts with colourful minigames and interactive challenges.
Using the Kinect sensor, the game tracks your movements as you perform different exercises. From squats and abdominal workouts to quick movements and balance challenges, each activity focuses on a different aspect of fitness.
The game features various workout programmes and challenges where you earn points by completing exercises correctly. You can also compete against friends or attempt to improve your own performance.
With its humorous presentation, varied exercises and accessible gameplay, Shape Up transforms fitness into an interactive gaming experience.
This is the Xbox One edition of Shape Up. An Xbox One Kinect sensor is required to play.
