Your Shape: Fitness Evolved (Kinect) - Xbox 360
Bring your workout into the living room with Your Shape: Fitness Evolved for the Xbox 360. Designed specifically for Kinect, this fitness game uses the sensor to track your body and movements throughout a variety of exercises. This allows you to train without a traditional controller while seeing how you perform each movement.
Gameplay focuses on fitness, movement and a variety of personal training options. You can choose from different exercises and workouts focusing on areas such as cardio, strength and general physical activity. During training, Kinect follows your movements and provides visual feedback to help you perform the exercises correctly.
Alongside individual exercises, the game includes various training programmes and activities, including fitness classes and movement-based challenges. This allows you to alternate between focused workouts and more accessible fitness activities. A Kinect sensor for Xbox 360 is required to play Your Shape: Fitness Evolved.
