Get off the couch and step onto the dance floor with Dance Central for the Xbox 360. Designed specifically for Kinect, this dance game lets you perform a variety of choreographies without using a traditional controller. The Kinect sensor tracks your body movements as you attempt to follow the dancers on screen as accurately as possible.
Gameplay focuses on movement, timing and learning complete choreographies. Each dance consists of different moves that can be practised step by step before performing them as part of a complete song. The game evaluates your movements and shows which parts you perform correctly and where there is room for improvement.
Dance Central features a varied selection of songs from different artists and musical styles, with choreographies offering different levels of difficulty. This allows you to start with accessible routines before progressing to more challenging dances. A Kinect sensor for Xbox 360 is required to play.
