Medal Of Honor: Airborne - PlayStation 3
Jump directly into the battles of World War II with Medal of Honor: Airborne for the PlayStation 3. You play as Boyd Travers, an American paratrooper of the 82nd Airborne Division, and take part in a series of airborne operations across Europe. Each mission begins high above the battlefield, allowing you to choose your own landing position.
Gameplay combines first-person gunfights, parachute drops and relatively open combat areas. Where you land affects how you approach each mission: choose a safer position to assess the battlefield or drop closer to the fighting and immediately join the action. Use a selection of historical weapons and complete multiple objectives while enemy soldiers defend their positions.
Throughout the campaign, you take part in different operations inspired by the Allied campaign in Europe. As you continue using particular weapons, they can be upgraded with additional capabilities. The combination of flexible landing choices, intense gunfights and its World War II setting gives Medal of Honor: Airborne a distinctive identity within the series.
