Enter the colorful world of Rayman for the original PlayStation. When the evil Mr. Dark steals the Great Protoon, the world is thrown out of balance and the Electoons are captured. Rayman sets out to free them, defeat Mr. Dark and restore order to his world.
Run and jump through imaginative stages filled with enemies, hidden areas, moving platforms and challenging obstacles. Throughout his adventure, Rayman gains new abilities, including his telescopic fist, the ability to hang from rings and eventually the power to run. By freeing Electoons and carefully exploring the different worlds, you gradually move closer to the final confrontation with Mr. Dark.
Rayman was released in 1995 and stood out for its colorful 2D graphics, detailed animations and imaginative level design. The game marked the beginning of a long-running series and introduced Rayman as one of Ubisoft’s best-known characters.
