Enter an island where dinosaurs have been brought back to life in Jurassic Park for the SEGA Mega Drive. Based on the famous 1993 film, the game lets you experience the adventure from two very different perspectives: as paleontologist Dr. Alan Grant or as a dangerous Velociraptor.
As Grant, travel through jungles, buildings and other dangerous areas while avoiding or fighting dinosaurs with a variety of weapons. Choose the Velociraptor and the gameplay changes, allowing you to use speed, jumps, claws and teeth to make your way through the park. Both characters feature their own stages, abilities and style of play.
Jurassic Park stands out through its ability to let you play as both the human survivor and a dinosaur. Its combination of platforming, different routes and the recognizable Jurassic Park setting gives the Mega Drive version its own identity. This PAL edition is an interesting addition for Jurassic Park fans, retro action enthusiasts and SEGA Mega Drive collectors.
