Set off on a cheerful but challenging adventure in The New Zealand Story for the SEGA Master System. Play as Tiki, a small kiwi who begins his journey after his friends are kidnapped by the evil walrus Wally. Travel through different areas of New Zealand and attempt to rescue every captured kiwi.
Run and jump through colorful maze-like stages filled with enemies, obstacles, weapons and hidden routes. Tiki can collect different weapons to defeat enemies and even take control of flying vehicles used by his opponents to reach higher parts of the stages. This creates a playful combination of platforming and exploration.
Originally created as an arcade game by Taito, The New Zealand Story is known for combining its charming presentation with surprisingly challenging gameplay. With varied stages, recognizable characters and classic arcade action, this PAL edition is an interesting addition for retro gaming fans and SEGA Master System collectors.
