Legend Of Spyro A New Beginning [Platinum] - PlayStation 2
Discover a new beginning for the purple dragon in The Legend of Spyro: A New Beginning for the PlayStation 2. Spyro grows up among dragonflies before discovering that he is actually a special purple dragon with an important destiny. Together with his loyal companion Sparx, he begins a dangerous journey to learn more about his origins and stop the powerful dragon Cynder.
Gameplay combines action, platforming and powerful elemental attacks. Spyro can attack enemies using fire, electricity, ice and earth, with each element providing different possibilities during combat. As the adventure progresses, his powers can be developed further and stronger attacks become available.
The game is the first entry in The Legend of Spyro trilogy and presents a new version of Spyro’s origin with a greater emphasis on story and combat. Familiar elements such as Sparx and Spyro’s dragon abilities are combined with a darker fantasy adventure. This is the Platinum edition, a re-release of The Legend of Spyro: A New Beginning as part of Sony’s distinctive Platinum range.
