Dive into a colourful adventure with Super James Pond for the Super Nintendo, based on the well-known James Pond 2: Codename RoboCod. The evil Dr. Maybe has taken over Santa’s toy factory, and James Pond is sent to put an end to his plans. As RoboCod, he travels through a wide variety of imaginative areas filled with enemies, secrets and platforming challenges.
Run and jump through varied stages and use James Pond’s extendable body to reach high platforms, avoid enemies and discover new routes. His body can stretch far upwards, giving the platforming a distinctive twist. Along the way, you encounter various items, power-ups and bizarre opponents that fit perfectly into the game’s humorous world.
Super James Pond combines classic platforming with humour, colourful graphics and a distinctive main character. Its varied environments and unusual stretching mechanic give the game a recognizable style among platformers from the 16-bit era. This UKV cartridge is an interesting addition for fans of retro platform games, James Pond enthusiasts and Super Nintendo collectors.
