FIFA 17 - PlayStation 4
Step onto the football pitch with FIFA 17 for the PlayStation 4 and play with a large selection of officially licensed clubs, leagues and well-known footballers. This edition was the first game in the FIFA series to use the Frostbite engine, enhancing elements including presentation, animations and the atmosphere surrounding matches.
Gameplay combines ball control, tactical team play, physical battles and redesigned set pieces. Improved attacking techniques provide additional ways to create and finish chances, while the Physical Play Overhaul places greater emphasis on competing for possession. Free kicks, penalties and corners also offer greater control over how each set piece is taken.
One of the major additions is The Journey, a cinematic story mode following young footballer Alex Hunter as he attempts to establish himself in the Premier League. Familiar modes including Career Mode and FIFA Ultimate Team also return. With its official licences, varied ways to play and dedicated story mode, FIFA 17 delivers an extensive football experience on PlayStation 4.
