Driver: Parallel Lines - PlayStation 2
Race through the streets of New York in Driver: Parallel Lines for the PlayStation 2. You play as TK, a young driver trying to make a name for himself in the city’s criminal underworld in 1978. After being betrayed and spending years in prison, he returns in 2006 to a completely changed New York with one clear objective: revenge against the people who set him up.
Gameplay combines driving, high-speed chases, missions and on-foot action. Use a variety of cars, motorcycles and other vehicles to explore the open city, escape from the police and leave your vehicle when missions require action on foot. Vehicles can also be customised and upgraded, allowing you to develop different rides to suit your preferences.
The contrast between 1978 and 2006 plays an important role in both the story and the appearance of the city. Cars, music and the environment change with the time jump as TK tracks down his old enemies. Driver: Parallel Lines combines the signature pursuits of the Driver series with an open world, action and an extensive crime story.
