Diddy Kong Racing - NFAH - Nintendo 64
Set off on an adventure in Diddy Kong Racing, one of the most memorable racing games released for the Nintendo 64. Developed by Rare and released in Europe in 1997, the game goes beyond traditional kart racing by combining races with an adventure structure, multiple vehicle types and a colourful world to explore.
Play as Diddy Kong and a cast of other characters as you attempt to stop the villainous Wizpig. Races take place using karts, hovercrafts and airplanes, giving the tracks and challenges a wide variety of gameplay styles. In addition to standard races, the game features boss battles, special challenges and hidden areas.
The game supports 1 to 4 local players and combines a substantial single-player adventure with competitive multiplayer. Its mix of racing, exploration and different vehicle types gives Diddy Kong Racing a distinctive identity among Nintendo 64 titles.
This is the NFAH release for the Nintendo 64, a European Benelux-oriented version.
