Destiny - PlayStation 4
Enter a futuristic universe in Destiny for the PlayStation 4. Following a mysterious event that nearly destroyed human civilisation, the last survivors live beneath the protection of the Traveler. As a Guardian, you are tasked with defending humanity and exploring the lost territories of the solar system.
Gameplay combines first-person gunfights, special abilities, exploration and collecting increasingly powerful equipment. Choose between the Titan, Hunter and Warlock classes, each offering its own abilities and playstyles. Missions take you to locations including Earth, the Moon, Venus and Mars, where various alien factions await.
Destiny is heavily focused on online play, combining story missions with cooperative activities and competitive multiplayer. Together with other Guardians, you can take on challenging Strikes and other activities, while the Crucible focuses on battles between players. Collecting weapons, armour and other equipment allows you to further develop your Guardian and prepare for more difficult challenges. An internet connection is required to play Destiny.
