Enter a world of chaotic racing in Carmageddon for the Nintendo 64. Instead of simply reaching the finish line as quickly as possible, races also focus on crashes, destruction and eliminating your opponents. The open courses provide more freedom than a traditional racing game.
Choose from different vehicles and use speed, heavy collisions and aggressive manoeuvres to defeat the competition. Cars take damage during races and can eventually be completely wrecked. Events can be approached in different ways, meaning you do not always have to follow the fastest route towards the finish.
Carmageddon stands apart from many other Nintendo 64 racing games through its emphasis on vehicular combat and more open courses. The combination of racing and destruction creates an unpredictable style of gameplay where each event can play out differently. This EUR edition is an interesting addition for fans of arcade racing, vehicular combat and Nintendo 64 collectors.
