Burnout Paradise - PlayStation 3
Race at high speed through the streets of Paradise City in Burnout Paradise for the PlayStation 3. Instead of relying on traditional menus and separate circuits, the game gives you a large open city where you decide where to drive and which challenges to tackle. Events can be started at intersections throughout the city, making races and other activities a natural part of the game world.
Gameplay focuses on high speeds, aggressive racing, spectacular crashes and open-world exploration. Knock rivals off the road with Takedowns, use boost for extra speed and discover alternative routes, jumps and shortcuts throughout the city. Different events include traditional races, Road Rage battles, stunt challenges and other activities.
As you progress, you earn new driving licences and gain access to an increasing selection of vehicles found around Paradise City. Outside events, you can freely explore the city while searching for hidden areas, billboards and additional challenges. Burnout Paradise combines the fast and spectacular action of the Burnout series with the freedom of a large open racing world.
