In Bubsy in: Claws Encounters of the Furred Kind, you play as Bubsy, a wisecracking bobcat trying to protect his beloved supply of yarn from the alien Woolies. Run and jump through colorful stages filled with enemies, obstacles, hidden areas and collectible items. Bubsy can perform large jumps and glide through the air, allowing you to reach different routes and higher sections of each stage. The levels are spacious and encourage exploration as you search for secret areas and additional opportunities. Along the way, you encounter a wide variety of enemies and hazards, where a poorly timed move can quickly put Bubsy in trouble. As the adventure progresses, the environments become more complex and the platforming sections require increasingly precise timing.
