Battlefield 3 - PlayStation 3
Enter the modern battlefield in Battlefield 3 for the PlayStation 3. The single-player campaign follows several military personnel during an international conflict spanning locations across the Middle East, Europe and the United States. The story shifts between different characters and military operations, ranging from intense firefights to vehicle-based missions.
Gameplay focuses on first-person shooting, large-scale combat and the use of military vehicles. You have access to an extensive arsenal of rifles, machine guns, explosives and other equipment. Alongside infantry combat, various vehicles are available, including tanks and fighter jets.
Battlefield 3 also features cooperative missions and an extensive multiplayer component built around different classes and game modes. Teamwork, vehicles and large combat environments are central parts of the Battlefield experience. The result is a combination of a cinematic military campaign and the large-scale action for which the series is known.
