Along the way, they receive help from a remarkable Crystal Menhir with several special powers.
Gameplay combines action, exploration, puzzles and large battles against Roman soldiers. You can switch between Asterix and Obelix and use their different strengths to defeat enemies and overcome obstacles. The Crystal Menhir has multiple forms and abilities that can be used during combat and when solving puzzles.
Throughout the adventure, you visit different regions and face large groups of Romans and other challenges. The game can be played alone, but it also features local co-op, allowing two players to adventure together as Asterix and Obelix. Asterix & Obelix XXL 3: The Crystal Menhir combines the humour and familiar characters of the comic series with accessible action and cooperative gameplay.
